Commercial Projects

I don’t know why my wife’s profile is coming up, but anyway-this is the 2nd time we’ve used Bel Islands Home Improvement and both times have been outstanding. First... read more time was an emergency situation with a badly leaking roof on an investment property. They were able to come out, estimate the job, and schedule us right away, even though they were very busy. Beautiful job, fast, efficient, cleaned up perfectly. 2nd time was just yesterday for a commercial building I own and am getting ready to sell on Yarmouth Road, Hyannis. Again, Andrei came right out, sent an estimate shortly after, and even gave a discount on some of the repairs needed if he was able to do the job this week, which worked out great for me. The crew was great too, and were able to remove 2 roofs, make all repairs and install the new roof in one day! Andrei (and the whole crew) are fantastic! Steve Brito

Bel Islands was excellent. Need fascia boards replaced. They did it on time and on budget. They also provided estimates for other work on the outside of the house that... read more needs to be done. This will enable me to budget for this work. Definitely recommend. I saw them doing work in the neighborhood and looked them up. Very professional and reliable.

Andrei and his crew(s) at Bel Islands Home Improvement are the very Best! Highly efficient and professional! We had a tree fall on our house which impaled the roof in... read more 4 places and crushed roof rafters. It was not your ordinary roof job. It was a structural mess. They came in and stripped 2 layers of shingles, opened the roof up, replaced rafters, tighten everything up with fresh plywood, installed the new roof shingles, all while working around my Mason rebuilding my chimney. We also had them rip out and replace all of our trim and upgraded to Azek. Then, finished with new gutters and downspouts. I cannot say enough about how every single man and woman on his crew did an exemplary job! Most importantly to my wife and I was the amount of communication we had with Andrei every step of the way. Highly highly highly recommend and will certainly use Bel Island again in the future should the need arise! Thank you much Andrei!

My name is Bill Woods. I gave Bell island a call about a couple roof flanges to be replaced and a price on a new roof. I had a return,... read more call promptly, and someone out to fix a roof within a week. Their price was competitive with one other bid that I got. When we are ready to do the roof within the next year, I believe we will use them due to their professionalism and courtesy with the work that was done. Bill Woods
